Wishing to make truffles accessible to all, in 1998 Luigi Ciciriello, founder of La Truffe Noire restaurant, opened a more affordable restaurant-concept store based on his favourite product: the Atelier de la Truffe Noire.
Located at the heart of trendy Brussels, this “Atelier” or workshop uses truffles “in ordinary ways”, to the great delight of all who love them. And while truffles may be more affordable here, they remain as superb as ever: thanks to the talent and care of a team of people trained at the parent restaurant, the Atelier de la Truffe Noire invites you on an outstanding gourmet trip through a varied and creative menu whose truffle flavours will captivate gourmets and gourmands alike.
This is also the only place in Brussels where fresh truffles are to be found all year round, along with high-quality products and delicious take-away dishes so that you can continue to enjoy a thousand and one truffled delights in the comfort of your own home.
